1450mm six-roll hydraulic rolling mill successfully put into production!

Our 1450mm six-roller hydraulic mill for a cold-rolled steel mill in Zhejiang was delivered to customers in mid-August! The device has the following functions: constant tension control, hydraulic AGC, second flow control, pre-control, monitoring, positive and negative bending control, intermediate roll twitch control, tension AGC. Rolled product thickness 0.29 ± 0.005mm. The mill has a tension detection device and strip edge detection device, the system can be automatically corrected according to strip edge conditions.
