1. The advantages of 18 roll hydraulic rolling mill

The mill is stable, high quality, high yield; minimum rolling thickness is 0.15mm, the speed of 800m/min; with intermediate roll, hydraulic bending ; consumption is 80% of the traditional equipment, performance of catching up with the types of imported products.

1.3 The work roll is small and can be made economically with special alloy materials with high hardness.

1.5 As the end of the middle roller has a taper, the middle roller can be adjusted axially, which has the advantage of controlling the plate type of the HC mill, that is, it can effectively control the strip shape of the strip. With different coil width, the middle roller can be appropriate for axial adjustment, the flat roll strip edge part is located in the inner side, to eliminate the effect of harmful contact part of the work roll to avoid excessive deflection, to control the edge wave, so as to ensure the smooth rolled strip has good plate shape quality.
