1. Advantages of backwash filter system
The rolling oil backwashing automatic filtration system is used to filter the contaminated rolling oil in the rolling process. The filter system is designed as a micro filtration form of low viscosity mineral oil. This form of design does not require other auxiliary filters. The filtration of the rolling oil is achieved by a large number of microfiber filter cores. The system is designed as a backwash type. The filter element is filtered through compressed air for a certain period of time and rolling oil to filter air in the opposite direction. It ensures that the filtration capacity of the filter element can be regenerated, so the filter core has a long service life and the system is free from maintenance. The clean rolling oil filtered by this filter system can guarantee the high quality of the rolled surface steel strip.
2. Composition of backwash filter system
The backwash filter system consists of five parts, one filter, two filtration systems, a sedimentation tank, a dirty oil tank and a net oil tank. The SIEMENS SMartPLC is used to complete the backwash filtering, liquid level control, pressure control and flow control.
