2 Roll Hot Compound Mill Set
The two-roll hot composite rolling mill unit developed by our company is mainly used for the rolling of multi-layer metal composite strip. The hydraulic AGC system of the rolling mill adopts PLC control, with constant roll gap, constant rolling force and monitoring function. The main rolling mill, unwinding and winding machine adopt Siemens (all digital DC speed control device), and the unwinding and winding machine adopt hydraulic expansion and contraction quadrangular pyramid structure and constant tension control. The rolling mill has safety protection systems such as overload protection, breakage protection and emergency stop.
