2、Online analysis
Based on the collected data（thickness, tension, rolling force, current,etc.）, online analysis is displayed in the form of a curve in the chart control of the interface in real time, which can facilitate the observation and analysis of real-time information during the rolling process.
3、Historical tracking
The system records the parameters when the rolling mill is in the rolling state. In the non-rolling state, only one record when the state changes is recorded. Sampling data is stored in the database. If the data exceeds the retention time set by the system, the system will automatically transfer the expired data to the historical database.
4、Rolling reports
This module mainly provides users with rolling process reports, finished product thickness reports, and rolling working condition statistics. Users can intuitively improve the rolling process and strengthen the quality control of finished products through the report data.
5、Remote diagnosis
Remote diagnosis is that users can extract rolling data through cloud services to predict and analyze on-site rolling process data, and provide maintenance data.
